While chauffeurs are able to assist with the loading and unloading of your luggage, they cannot transport unaccompanied bags or items. If you need to book an additional vehicle to transport extra luggage, one of the passengers must ride along in that vehicle with the chauffeur.
If you are traveling with a pet, please provide advance notice by including the details and total number of passengers in the Notes field when booking. Pets should be transported in a suitable crate or mat when possible. Additional cleaning charges may apply if excess hair or damage occurs. Service animals are the only exception that do not require prior approval.
The luggage allowance is based on safety limits and should not be exceeded. If you are traveling with additional luggage, you must book enough vehicles to transport all items safely. Chauffeurs may refuse service or apply additional charges if luggage exceeds capacity.
Smoking is not permitted in Executive Class Travel vehicles. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and any smoking-related products. Violations may result in additional cleaning charges.
